Interested in competitive science? Science Bowl is a national-level science competition for middle and high school students. Topics of this competition cover all aspects of Science such as Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Math, and Earth and Space. Science Bowl is a buzzer-style jeopardy competition in which teams of 4 compete with others to answer the questions first. The team with the most knowledge, speed, and accuracy will win. Due to the large extent of information needed, this class will articulate the strategies needed both in and out of the competition in order to give you (and your team) a competitive edge. In order to pair the strategy learned in this course with scientific knowledge, this class is best paired with our other science classes like chemistry, biology, physics, and astronomy.
- Classes start June 28th
- Must have a decent laptop/computer with a working mic and camera
- Students will be given the class code upon enrollment where they can access the meet code
